Price and payment

basicclothing accepts all major international credit cards: VISA / Visa Electron / MasterCard / American Express.

Payment of items

Every time you order a product through basicclothing you will receive an email that confirms your order. We subsequently pack your item and send it to you.

When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

Delivery and transport

Delivery of items from basicclothing is considered done when the customer has received the items. All orders are sent by Post Denmark, unless otherwise are agreed separately between the buyer and basicclothing.

Complaints

Any errors or defects in items supplied by basicclothing must be claimed within 2 months after you have discovered the error. It is your responsibility to state and upon request, show how the error shows itself. If you notice an error, please contact basicclothing

You can generally only complain about defects that become apparent within 2 years after the items have been delivered. For items with limited shelf life, your complaint is restricted by the shelf life basicclothing has promised you. You can choose as a consumer either to get the item repaired or replaced. The exception to this rule is if the replacement is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs for basicclothing

The risk of the items

The risk of items passes to the buyer when the right of withdrawal expires after 14 days.

We recommend that you save the original packaging when our return policy requires that complaints be send in the original packaging.

Special items may not offer refunds. Will be informed in product description.
